He studied Insurance at the University of Lagos where he bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in 1983, holds Masters Degree from the same University in International Law and Diplomacy (1991) and Banking and finance, 1993

He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and the Nigeria Institute of Directors.

In recognition of his managerial capability, he was appointed the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State in October 2005, but was recalled to assume the position of Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Wema Bank Plc. In the course of his career he has undergone various courses both in and outside the country.

Mr. M.A Siyanbola holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree of the University of Lagos in Insurance and Masters Degree in Business Administrator of the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and of the Institute of Direct Marketing Association of Nigeria and Fellow of the Institute of Directors. He became the Managing Director the same year. He left Great Nigeria Insurance Plc in 2005 to pioneer the leasing business of Odu’a Investments Limited and only again reassumed the Chief Executive Officer position in November 2006.

Mr. Bayo Ogundipe is the General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of Wema Asset Management Limited.
Bayo qualified as a chartered Accountant and earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, an MBA in Finance from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in International Finance from Sacramento International University, Sacramento, USA.

Barrister Olofintuyi had his B.A.(Hons) in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos.  He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree LL.B (Hon) from the University of Ibadan,  called to the Bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1986.  He started his Legal career with Afe Babalola (SAN) & Co in 1995 before floating his own law firm in 1997.

Mr. Adebayo Jimoh, the 7th Group Managing Director of Odu’a Investment Company Limited formally assumed duty on Tuesday, may 3, 2005.

Born on 25th May, 1956 at Osogbo, Osun State, Mr. Jimoh graduated from the University of Ilorin in 1981 with a Bachelor degree (Hons) in Education.  In 1982, he obtained a Masters of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Business Administration degree from ESUT Business School in 1997.

In 1989, he joined John Holt PLC as an Assistant General Manager.  Three years later, he was promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager and was responsible for products procurement and distribution for sales in all Jonh Holt PLC branches in Nigeria.

Mr. Jimoh, served variously as General Manager, Chief Executive Officer in John Holt before rising to the exalted position of Executive Director of Operations in 2003.

Chief Theophilus who is the Chairman/Chief Executive of Continental Loss Adjusters, started his Insurance Career in Ansvar Insurance Company in Wembley – Middlesex before proceeding to Phoenix Assurance Company Plc in London and later Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Company Limited.

Mallam Ahmed Salaudeen is an acknowledge Professional, a Business mogul, a traditionalist, a Socialist and a first class philanthropist.

He has been in the Insurance Industry over the last three(3) decades, he had his earlier working Insurance career with “THE ROYAL INSURANCE GROUP of London. He belongs to so many Professional bodies which includes; National Council of Registered Insurance Brokers(NCRIB), chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN).

Olufunke is  a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria having obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Lagos State University (LASU) and consequently, attended the Nigerian Law School.

In the early stage of her life, she obtained HND in Accounting from The Polytechnic Owo, which enabled her to start her career with  Owena Bank (Nig) Plc (now  part of Spring Bank Plc) from where she held several posts and later rose to the post of Deputy Manager in April 1990. She later joined the service of the Federal Government (Federal Inland Revenue, Victoria Island, Lagos) as the Principal Tax Assistant (Petroleum & Pioneer Department) in September 1992.

In May 2000, she joined the services of City Express Bank Plc, as the Group Head, Financial Institutions.

In May 2001, she became the Group Head, Treasury Marketing of the bank.

She was also made to oversee several Departments of the Bank such as  Corporate Affairs, New Business Development, Corporate Services Department and Human Resources.

In January 2004, she was appointed Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser.  A position she held until May 2006.

In May 2006, as a Lawyer of high esteem and distinction, she went back to active practice in the Law Firm of Amaran & Associates (Solicitors & Advocates) where she was a partner until she was appointed as General Manager (Company Secretary/Legal Adviser) With Great Nigeria Insurance Plc in May 2007.

She has attended so many courses both in Nigeria and abroad, she also belong to so many Professional Associations Such as Nigeria Bar Association, Institute of Directors, Nigeria as well as Ikoyi Club.

Bayo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), He has varied experience in Administration and Accounting both in the Real and Financial Sectors.

With over 10 years of relevant experience in Insurance Accounting, Mr. Adeteju who joined the services of Great Nigeria Insurance in 2003 was the Head of Finance/Investment of Admiral Insurance Company Limited between 2001 and July 2003. And Alumnus of Lagos Business School (SMP 24), he has also attended the senior Financial Analyst Course of the Lagos Business School (LBS). He oversees the operations of the Finance Division of the Company.

An astute Insurance practitioner, Tayo who has cut his teeth in the business of risk underwriting holds Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso. He heads the Technical Division of the Organization and he is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (FCII). He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).

Ronke, who is the Head of internal audit of the company, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Oladele is a thorough bred Accounting Technocrat and good team player.

Before pitching tent with Great Nigeria Insurance in 1998, she has worked with a number of companies including Harlequin Limited and Adeisa Durojaiye & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants.

RMG is a seasoned underwriter and marketer who has over twenty years experience in the industry.
In acquiring this experience, she worked as a reinsurance officer in OLYMPIA INSURANCE NIGERIA LTD between 1985 and 1989.

She joined AMICABLE ASSURANCE PLC as part of the Pioneer Staff for their Life Operations in 1990.
In 1996 she was transferred to non-life department where she was till 2002 as the Head of Technical Operations.

She left AMICABLE ASSURANCE PLC as the Head of Marketing/Business development in August 2004.
Also, she worked briefly with NIGERIA ALLIANCE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED before joining ADIC in November 2004 as the head of Life Operations which is both Technical and Marketing responsibility.

In May 2006, she went to STANDARD LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED as the Head of Public Sector. The position she held before joining GREAT NIGERIA INSURANCE PLC as the lead of Special Marketing Squad.
